Euclosed are ten copies of Issue 6 Revision 4 to the Beaver VI.iley Power Station Emergency Preparedness Plan Implementing Procedures.
Enclosed is one controlled copy (No. 6) and nine copies from which perconal telephone numbers 1
and other similar proprietary information has been deleted. These documents are prcvided pursuant to Appendix E Section V of 10 CFR 50.
~hese procedures have been re-issued in their entirety to facilitate
- incorporation of the numerous changes. Marginal lines indicate areas in the text which were revised. The majority of the enclosed changes were cade necessary by Revtsion.4 to the BVPS E=ergency Preparedness Plan, which has been submitted under separate cover.
