Dear Mr. Spelman:
This is in response to your letter dated December 9,1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of NUREG/CR-1420 and other available materials relating to that report.
This confirms the information relayed during a telephone conversation between Ms. Penny Fillmer of your firm and Linda Robinson on December 16, 1981.
A copy of NUREG/CR-1420, ANL-80-37, "best th Status and Body Radioactivity of Former Thorium Workers", was provided to you in response to F0IA 463 by our letter dated December 9,1981, which crossed this request in the mail. Ms. Robinson informed Ms. Fillmer that additional materials in NRC files pertain to the interagency agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy for preparation of this report, and Ms. Fillmer stated that upon receipt of the report she is not interested in additional materials relating to the report.
