Dear ttr. Gilmore:
According to the schedule established by the Licensing Board in its
" Scheduling Order" of December 11, 1981, the deadline for completing discovery on Contentions 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 is January 22, 1982.
In reviewing the outstanding discovery filed by the Staff concerning these contentions, we note that CFUR has failed to provide " full, direct.and responsive answers" (See Licensing Board's Order, July 29,1981, at 2) to the following interrogatories relating to Contentions 1, 4, 6 and 7, as directed by the Licensing Board in its Order of July 29, 1981:
Interrogatories Cl-5, C4-17, C6-2 through C6-6, C6-7a through c. C6-10a through e(i)-(iii), b. C6-11a through e, h, C6-12a through e,-h. C6-13a through e, j, and C7-5.
