Enclosed herewith are three original and twenty-two copies of Supplement No. 1 to Amendment 42 to the Application in the above dockets.
This Supplement relates to a further partial transfer of the Construction Permits from The Connecticut Light and Power Company to Washington Electric Cooperative, Inc.
While the financial evaluation relating to this transfer is comparable to the issue already being reviewed by the Commission, we are aware that, despite the de,minimis nature of the transfer, you may wish to augment your public notice with respect to anti-trust review and that this may delay the final order somewhat.
We do hope that the Commission will expedite this review as much as possible.
