Attached is the report of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 3 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test which was conducted during September of 1981.
This report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.3.d and 10CFR50 Appendix J, Section V.S.
with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 10.1.

Page 2 You will note that the first attempted test (September-4, 1981) terminated due to high leakage at -pressure transmitter PT-3-5-12.
This matter is further addressed in response to 4
Inspection Report 278-81/21 (S.L. Daltroff PECo to R.R. Keimig, U.S.NRC,. November 13, 1981) which discusses the. facts surrounding the pressure transmitter failure.
During the refueling outage, an o-ring was inadvertently left out of place upon the repair of this instrument.
Upon isolation of this device, the test was successfully conducted with the final test results well within acceptable limits.
Subsequent to the test, this transmitter was repaired and tested satisfactorily.
