-Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 52.721 (1980), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Portland General Electric Company, Et A1, (Pebble Springs, Units 1&2), Docket Nos. 50-514 and 50-515-ESR, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board: Mr. Ivan W. Smith. Mrs. Elizabeth Bowers was chairman of this Board, but, because of a schedule conflict, is unable to continue to serve.
