RECONSTITUTION OF 90ARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 52.721 (1980), the Atomi-Safety and Licensing Board for Lyg Island Lighting Company (Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1), Docket Nos. 50-322-CPA and 50-322-0L, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board: Dr. James'L. Carpenter.
Dr. Oscar H. Paris was a member of this Board, but, because of a schedule conflict, is unable to continue to serve.
