m This refers to your application dated September 26, 1980 requesting renewal of the Model No. BB-250-2 shipping package.

On November 18, 1980, we requested two items of additional infomation needed in connection with the review of the renewal application.

By letter dated Dec' ember 11,1980, you advised us that Item 1 would be provided before January 31,1981 and Item 2 would be provided at a later time. On January 28, 1981, you submitted revised drawings and text in response to Item 1.

As of this date, you have not responded to Item 2.

Accordingly, unless we receive the requested infomation pertaining to Item 2 within sixty (60) days of the date of this letter, we plan to deny your request for renewal of the Model No. BB-250-2 shipping package.
