!!otice is hereby given that the Office of Huclear Reactor Pegulation has issued a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) dated flovember 1981, for the nuclear steam supply systen portion of a nuclear power plant, as described in the Combustion Engineering Standard Safety Analysis Report (CESSAR-FSAR) and designated as a Systen 80. The reactor is designed for core thermal power levels up to 3R00 negawatts. CESSAR-FSAR has been reviewed pursuant to Appendix 0 to 10 CFR Part 50.
Hotice of receipt of Combustion Engineering's application for the CESSAR-FSAR Final Design Approval was published in the Federal Reqister on fiarch 74,19R0(45 F.R.191031 The CESSAR-FSAR System 80 design as described in the CESSAR-FSAR will be utilized and relied upon by the Commission and the Advisory Connittee on Reactor Safeguards in their review of facility license applications that incorporate by reference the CESSAR-FSAR Systen 80 standard design.
