G DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST -
IN RESPONSE TO NUREG-0737, ITEM II.F.1, ATTACHMEhT 1 & 2 Attached are three (3) original and thirty-seven copies of a request to change the Big Rock Point Technical Specifications. The enclosed change incorporates revisions to our October 27, 1981 change request in response to concerns raised by Mr W Paulson of your staff concerning the need for an action state-ment. An appropriate action statement has been incorporated within this.
revision comunensurate with the action statements established and approved by the staff for the fire system technical specifications. This change request includes the changes specified by our October 27, 1981 submittal and as such, supersedes it.
It should be noted that the addition to Section 6.9.4 identi-
~fied as (d) necessitates incorporation of (c) to Section 6.9.4 as specified by our December 15, 1981 change request for the Containment High-Range Radiation Monitors.
Installation of the equipment associated with this change remains as scheduled in our July 9, 1981 letter which specifies implementation by the end of 1982 refueling outage currently scheduled to commence on February 6, 1982.
