As a result of the inspection conducted on flovember 2-6, 1981 and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 -(October 7, 1980), the following violation was identified:
Section 6.5.1.6.e of the Technical Specifications requires the Plant Review Board (PRB) to investigate "all violations of the Technical Specifications including the preparation and forwarding of reports covering evaluation and reconnendations to prevent recurrence....
Contrary to this requirement, examination of the 1980 PRB ninutes during the February-March,1981, Performance Appraisal inspection revealed that the PRB had not reviewed flRC enforcement findings or internal audit findings.
This is a Severity Level V Violation (Supplement I).
Based on examination and discussion of the corrective actions you have taken or identified in regard to this iten, it has been determined that no written response is required.
