This letter is to confirm my telephone discussion with your associate, Mr. Peter Anderson, on December 15. 1981. The subject of the discussion was your letter of December 8, 1981, which proposed substituting your re-sponses to the Licensee's second set of interrogatories for a separate response to the Staff's interrogatories dated December 2,1981. For the procedural reasons discussed with Mr. Anderson, the Staff requires a separate response to its interrogatories. Mr. Anderson, as an authorized representative of Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, committed to furnish such a response in a timely manner.
