Dear Administrative Judges:
In my letter to the Board dated October 14, 1981, I stated that the Board and parties would be promptly informed of any changes in the target date for issuance of the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report (SER) and Environ-mental Impact Appraisal (EIA).
It now appears that the SER and EIA will be issued on or before January 22, 1982. The licensee and the intervenor have been notified of this change by telephone. All parties have agreed to confer informally and to submit to the Board a proposed schedule for completion of discovery.
