In recent weeks one of Mentor's representatives has been hospitalized and his health proble=s are such that the activities of both of the City's representatives have been affected and will be limited or uncertain in the near future.

Therefore, the City of Mentor, Kentucky, hereby authorizes Deborah Faber Webb, 7967 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, Kentucky 41001 to be legal counsel for the City in the above-styled action and Sr. Alice Gerdeman, St. Ann Convent, Highway 8, Melbourne, Kentucky 41059 to represent the City in all matters pertaining to the Zimmer Nuclear Power Station licensing proceedings.

From this date all papers in the proceedings, which have heretofore been served on Mary Reder, should be sers ed on Deborah Faber Webb at the above address. ,
