- 4ENDMENT NO. 2 Effective October 7,1981, Indemnity Agreement No. B-89, between Tennessee Valley Authority and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated January 30, 1980, is hereby amended as follows:
Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of Tennessee Valley Authority's Bellefonte Nuclear Plant shown as being within the heavy black lines on a reduced copy of Tennessee Valley Authority's drawing number 88-C-8YN0900-Y1-01 dated March 14, 1973, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Bellefonte Nuclear Plant is located on a peninsula extending along the west bank of the Gunterville Reservoir at Tennessee River mile 391.5 approximately six miles northeast of Scottsboro and thirty-eight miles east of Huntsville in Jackson County, Alabama.
