"trbitration of Hearing - Examine the facts in an Employee Grievance; Hold a Hearing, locluding Taking of Testimony and Acceptance of Evidentiary Material, Make a Written Report with a Final and Binding Decision Regarding Resolution of the Grievance to the Director, Division of Organizttinn end Personnel.

This Supplemental Agreement is issued to deobligate the entire amount of the contract, which is $1,750.00.
