Reference (a) provided the summary of a meeting hel "May 11, 12, and 13, 1981, with the NRC Mechanical Engineering Branch regarding the Byron /Braidwood FSAR.
This letter provides information to resolve one of the open items identified in reference (a).
Attachment A to this letter contains information which compares blowdown force calculations done by various Westinghouse computer codes.
This should resolve N4 of reference (a).
Attachment A contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
It is requested that this information be withheld from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
A Westinghouse affidavit supporting this request is enclosed.
One (1) signed original and fifty-nine (59) copies of this letter are provided.
Six (6) copies of the proprietary version of Attachment A and the affidavit are provided.
