POSSIBLE GUARD STRIKE WITH NEWS HEDIA INTEREST g *E%tcy IAC Local 73 of the Guard Service Employees Union (GSEU) is expected to hold a strike
,s y e meeting on December 11, 1981.

Based upon the allegations, Station WMAQ-TV (Channel 5) has expressed an interest in doing a story on the security program at Dresden. The licens.e is reviewing strike contingency plans and has agreed to consult with WMAQ_
regarding the security allegations.

No press release is planned by Rill (Chicago).
The State of Illinois was notified.

Rill received initial notification of this matter by telephone from the Resident inspector at 4:00 p.m. (CST) on December 8, 1981. This information is current as of 7:00 a.m. on December 9, 1981.
