Thank you for your letters dated October 28 and November 2, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated September 30, 1981.
Regarding item 5, your letter states you are requesting an amendment to release you from this requirement.
It is our understanding, as a result of a phone conversation between Paul Spaude, Rose Douglas of this office and yourself on November 24, 1981, you will confirm that the personnel working with radioactive material will wear gloves at all times until you receive the amendment releasing you from this requirement.
If our understanding is incorrect, please contact this office immediately. We will examine these matters during a future inspection.
