Telecon - L. L. Bass (LP&L QA) to W. Crossman CIRC) on November 6, 1981.
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The above ref erenced telecon described to the NRC a potentially reportable incident involving a breaker failure and subsequent fire at the Waterford 3 230KV Switchyard.
This incident has been evaluated based on the reporting require =ents of 10CFR50.55(e). The result of this evaluation is that this incident is not considered to be reportable.
