Dear Administrative Judges:
The NRC Staff's review of Licensee's application to install 33 high-density neutron-absorbing racks in the Dresden spent fuel storage pools is continuing.
The Staff has retained a consultant to participate in this review, and he vill be requesting additional infomation from the licensee to clarify certain aspects of their submittal.
Further infomation will be provided to the Board and parties as it becomes available.
