APPLICATION FOR OPERATING LICENSES FOR NUCLEAR PROJECTS NO. 1 AND N0. 4 Pursuant to 10CFR2.101(a) and 50.30, the Washington Public Power Supply System (" Supply System") is filing herewith its Application for operating licenses for Nuclear Projects Nos. I and 4.
Authorization for the construction of these Projects is set forth in Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-134 and CPPR-174 issued by the NRC on December 23, 1975, and February 21, 1978, respectively.
In accordance with 10CFR50.30(c)(3), the following operating license submittals for these Projects are enclosed:
e Ten (10) copies of the general information required by 10CFR50.33; e
Fifteen (15) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) required by 10CFR50.34 and 50.34a; e
Twenty (20) copies of the Environmental Report required by 10CFR Part 51.
When NRC deems the tendered application to be acceptable and complete for decketing, we will submit the additional copies of these documents as required by 10CFR50.30.
