INSPECTION REPORTS NO. 50-483/81-10 AND NO. 50-483/81-14 Ref: 1) ULNRC-488, dated August 21, 1981
- 2) ULNRC-491, dated August 27, 1981
- 3) ULNRC-510, dated September 21, 1981 The purpose of this letter is to revise the dates when full compliance will be achieved for violations no. 50-483/81-10-01, no. 50-483/81-14-01, and no. 50-483/81-14-03.
As discussed with Mr.
J.
E.
Konklin on November 19, 1981, these dates are revised as follows:
1)
Violation no. 50-483/81-10-01:
WP-03 and WP-301 will be revised by December 1, 1981 (Reference 2),
2)
Violation no. 50-483/81-14-01:
NCAI-16 will be revised by December 15, 1981 (Reference 1), and 3)
Violation no. 50-483/81-14-03:
QCP-304 will be revised by November 24, 1981.
Applicable safety-related cables under the control of Daniel International Corporation (DIC) will be retested by December 1, 1981.
Applicable safety-related cables which have been turned over to Union Electric Startup will be retested by DIC utilizing Startup's Construction Work Request system. (Reference 3)
