Enclosed please find an application for a license 'to export natural uranium to Canada for conversion purposes and subsequent return to the United States for enrichment.
The proposed export does not require Executive Branch review, however, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Cooperation between Canada and the United States.
