Dear Ms. Rutherford:
This is in response to your letter dated August 25, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the contract awarded under RFP fio. RS-NMS-81-030.
Shortly after award of a contract, the NRC Division of Contracts routinely makes a copy of the contract available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
The charge for copying records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
You may obtain a copy of this contract (Contract No. NRC-02-81-030) by calling the PDR (634-3273) or by visiting or writing directly to the PDR at the above address.
Upon your agreement to pay the copying charges, the PDR will arrange for the contract to be copied by a private contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by the private contractor for the copying charges, plus tax and postage.
