Dear Mr. Carter:
This institution which cares for 120 aged and infirm patients is located within several miles of the Indian Point nuclear power plant.
t In view of the age of this plant and its record of frequent breakdowns, I request on behalf of all of our patients and employees that a local hearing on the safety of the Indian Point operation be held on January 20, 1982.
I would say that the views of N.R.C. Chairman Palladino as reported in i
