On November 16, 1981, Donald L. Herzberg, M.D.,
and George
- Margolis, M.D., mailed a petition to intervene in the above-entitled matter.
The petition is in the form of a letter to the Secretary of the Commission.
Pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.714(c),
the Applicants herein answer the petition and say that for the reasons set forth below, the same should be denied.
Although the petition itself does not disclose the residence of the petitioners, the envelope contained a return address located in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Hanover is approximately 90 miles from the site of the Seabrook nuclear facility.
