Ifg Attached please find four (4) copies of the CNS Evaluation Report based on an audit conducted by personnel from the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations during August 1981.
The District was pleased to note the identification of several areas of beneficial practices and accomplishments at CNS.
Additionally, we are pursuing corrective actions relative to the recommendations made in the report. The District intends to make this report available to the public no later than Tuesday, November 10, 1981.
