Thank you for your letter dated November 13, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated October 22, 1981.

This letter also refers to the telephone conversation on November 23, 1981, between Mr. William Komro of your staff and Mr. William Reichhold of my staf f concerning. your corrective actions.

It is our understanding your corrective actions will include a monthly timer accuracy check of the teletherapy unit following the procedures described in the American National Standards Institute Document N449.1-1978.
