Dear Sir:
Reference (b) requested information concerning the reliability of onsite stancby diesel generators.
We hope you realize the burden imposed by the necessity of backfitting operating history to new forms. The response to this data request took about one man-month to prepare. The effort consisted primarily of extracting pertinent information from very voluminous plant records and transcribing it onto your new forms. TI.is information is attached.
