Revision 5 to Emergency Resoonse Plan Implementation Procedures Enciesed, please find Revision 5 for your copy of Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant's Emergency Response Plan Implementation Procedures (ERPIP). Using the instructions below, incorporate this revision into your binder.
1.
Replace existing Approval and Revision Sheet located in front of binder with newly supplied Aoproval and Revision Sheet (with Rev. 5 entry incorporated).
2.
Replace existing List of Effective Pages with Rev. 5 list (17 pages).
3.
Retain present Record of Page Changes.
'4 Enter remaining Rev. 5 pages using attach d instructions.
5.
Perform a page check against the Rev. 5 List of Effective Pages. Record page change on Record of Page Changes.
6.
Reoort any missing or defective pages on receipt form.
7.
Upon completion of the above actions, return the receipt form for our records.
