The following is in response to concerns identified in the Subject inspection conducted by Messrs. N. J. Chrissotimos and S. G. DuPont on August 5 through September 4, 1981, of activities at Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. Reference (a) ioentified one item of noncompliance. The Attachment to this letter contains the Common-wealth Edison Company response to this item. This attachment contains information concerning the security plan for a nuclear generating station and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2.
