NOTICE OF ISSUAllCE OF AliENDMENTS TO C0!iSTRUCT10f4 PERMITS Notice is hereby given that the U. S. Nuclear degulatory Corsaission (the Comnission) has issued Arrandment No. 4 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-126 and Amendment No. 4 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-127. The amendment reflects a readjustment of ownership interests among previous owners and the addition of a new co-owner of the Comancne Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 (the facili ties). Previously, tne construction permits were held by Texas Utilities Generating Company, Dallas Power and Light Company, Texas Electric Service Company, '-xas Power and Light Company, Texas itunicipal Power Agency and Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. Amendment No. 4 adds as a co-owner the Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc. Texas Utilities Generating Company has sole responsibility for t.ie design, construction, and operation of the facilities, which are located in Sonervell County, Texas.
The application for the amendments complies with the standardr and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Cor.nission's 0111160486 810930 PDR ADOCK 05000445 PDR A

rules and regulations. The Connission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Cocaission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the amendments.
Prior public notice of the amenaments was not required since the amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideration.
For further details with respect to this action, see (1) the application for amendment dated April 28, 1980, (2) the application for amendment dated tiay 28,1981 and supplementary information dated July 27, 1981 and September 16, 1981, (3) Amendment No. 4 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-126, (4) Amendinent tio.
4 to Construction Perrait No. CPPR-127, (5) the Connaission's related Safety Evaluation, (6) the Environmental Impact Appraisal and (7) the Negative Declaration supporting tne amendments to the construction permits. All of these items are available for public inspection at the Conmission's Public Document Roon,1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C., and at the Somervell County Public Library, On the Square, Glen Rose, Texas 76043.
In addition, a copy of the above items (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) may be obtained'upon request addressed to the U. S.
