l The hearing on the T'II cheating is scheduled to begin on Noverter 10, 1981 in Harrisburh. We will be filing our testinony this week and anticipate that the licensee and intervenors will be presenting their cases the first week of the hea ri ng. We will attempt to establish a schedule 'or appearances that will minimize the time the NRC staff and conttactors will need to be in Harrisburg.
As we firm up a schedule, I will let the following individuals know the day (s) they snould be available at the hearing. As it now stands, we believe the early part of the week of Noverter 16th is good for planning purposes.
