AMENDMENT NO. 62 TO THE PRELIMINARY SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT FOR CLINCH RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT The application for a Construction Permit and Class 104(b) Operating License for the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant, docketed April 10, 1975, in NRC Docket No. 50-537, is hereby amended by the subnission of Amendment No. 62 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report pursuant to 50.34(a) of 10 CFR Part 50.

This Amendrent No. 62 includes: updates of previous responses to Requests for Additional Information; revisions to Section 1.4, "Identi-fication of Project Participants," Section 5.3, " Primary Heat Transport 300I System," and Section 5.5, " Steam Generation System"; an annual update to 5 Chapter 17, " Quality Assurance"; and other updates and revisions.
