Notice Of Availability In the wake of Staff's abortive attempt to communicate tele-phonically with OCRE's Interim Representative on October 30, 1981, OCRE states that Robert Alexander.can be reached at (713) 521-3014 from 7: 00 am to 7:30 am C.S.T. Monday through Friday.
OCRE would in turn wish to know when the best times ie. office hours are for both Staff and Applicant to be contac'ed.

I, Robert Alexander, duly sworn, do states (1.) That because it may be entirely practicable to defend and design against the effects of EMP at the PNPP plant; and (2) That the purpose of 10 CFR Section 50.13 was to remove from applicants the enerous and well-nigh impossible burden of designing against the full range of the modern arsenal of weapons that (3) The application of the af ore-mentioned regulation to the PNFP proceeding does not serve the purpose cf it and should therefore be waived.
(h) Further, for the purpose of this affidavit, I hereby inc orporate the accompanying filing entitled " Ohio Citizens For Responsible Energy' Petition For Waiver Of Cormission Regulation 10 CFR Section 50.13 And Resubmission Of Its Contention ih."
