Privacy and Proprietary Material in the Peach Bottom Emergency Plan Procedures
Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Your letter of July 9, ir31 to All Licensees emphasized the importance of identifying proprietary material, such as telephone numbers, in the emergency plans anc implementing procedures transmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
A notification ly July 31, 1981, of proprietary material to be deleted was requested.
Subsequently, the NRC staff at the Freedom of Information and Privacy Branch, during a telephone conversation on Augu.st 3, 1981, agreed to withhold the Peach Bottom emergency procedures from the public document room to accommodate a delay in the submittal of this information.
Therefore, we are resubmitting several procedures with the telephone numbers deleted, which we,sonsider to be proprietary.
Additionally, the entire procedure (EP-209,) titled " Telephone List For Emergency Uce," should be consider 6d proprietary material.
The following procedures deleting the telephone numbers, are enclosed.

likewise be returned.
Te.1 sets of the revised procedures are provided for your use, and three copies are being mailed to Region 1.
