MIDLAND DOCKET NOS 50-329, 50-330 AMENDMENT NO 97 FILE 0485.16, 0485.11 SERIAL 14333 Enclosed herewith is Amendment 97 (Revision 12 to the Responses to NRC Requests Regarding Plant Fill) to the Company's Application for Construction Permits and Operating Licenses containing three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of the following:
1.
New and revised settlement plots, borros anchor plots, settlement plate graphs and piezometer plots contained in Questions 4, 27, 43, 44 and 46.
2.
Revisions to Question 23 which revise the date for the completion of the FSAR rereview program and revisions which reflect the results of the audits performed during the FSAR rereview program.
Also enclosed are sixty (60) copies of Revision 1 to the report entitled
" Settlement Update for Midland Plant Units 1 and 2" dated October 5, 1981.
Proof of service upon the parties listed in the Service List is being provided under separate cover.
