This is in response to your letter of October 2,1981 regarding those portions of Alabama Power Company Emergency Implementing Procedure, FNP EIP-8, Notification Roster, to be withheld from public disclosure.
In accordance with the guidelines contained within your letter, it is requested that the information marked in the tables attached to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as well as all phone numbers and addresses listed in the " SERVICE BUILDING TELEPHONE DIRECTORY" of EIP-8. The informa-tion marked consists of home telephone numbers, unlisted phone numbers -or numbers not published in the public domain, home addresses and any offsite agency numbers that are not known by Alabama Power to be listed.
Please note that the procedure itself does not clearly identify all home telephone numbers as such.
