Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EPIP-EOF-2 EMERGENCY OPERATION FACILITY NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION I. PURPOSE This procedure describes the communication facilities available in
- the Emergency Operation Facility for use during an emergency and its proper use. Utilization of these communication facilities will vary depending on the classification and nature of the emergency condition.
II. PREREQUISITE A. The user of these communication facilities should be familiar with the use of standard single line and multiline key tele-phones and with the operation of radio equipment and should have been trained in their use.

- CY]- Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EPIP-RR-2 RE-ENTRY AND RECOVERY COMMUNICATION
. I. PURPOSE This communciations facilities available for Re-entry and Recovery opera-tions are identified and the procedure for proper use of these facilities is described. Utilization of.these communication facilities will vary l depending on the nature of the Re-entry and Recovery operation.
II. PREREQUISITE A. The user of the Telephone facilities should be familiar with the the operation of standard single line and multiline key telephones.
B. Radio equipment operators should be familiar with the general opera-tion of radio equipment and proper radio procedures as required by the FCC.
C. Users should have been trained in the proper use of these communica-tion facilities, o III. PRECAUTIONS
