Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Amended Security Plan - Docket #50-286
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
In reference to your letter of March 28, 1978 regarding the list of deficiencies in the modified amended security plan for the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant, enclosed are five (5) copies of Revision
- 2 to the security plan which documents the resolution of 46 of the 52 deficiencies outlined in the above referenced letter.
Items number 2, 31, 42, 44, 46, and 47, which remain unresolved will be dealt with in another submittal in which the Power Authority will state alternate positions with the appropriate compensatory measures that clearly provide equivalent protection.
This subsequent submittal will be forwarded no later than May 28, 1978.
Enclosed documents are considered proprietary information and are withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR, Section 2.790.
