ro In conjunction with the submittal of the Indian Point 3 j
Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan on May 17, 1977, which resulted in the evaluation of the Plan during the period August 8 - 12, 1977, attached are five copies of Revision 1 to the Plan.
These revisions reflect the modifications requested by the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a result of that evaluation and a subsequent meeting that was held with the Nuclear Reactor Regulations Branch on August 24, 1977, in Bethesda, Maryland.
As discussed, these modifications contain the details of the concepts which were contained in the original plan and further clarifies the Authority's position and provides an implementation schedule.
This submittal is forwarded onder separate cover and is identified as proprietary information pursuant to Parts 2.790(d) and 9.5 (a) (4), Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
It is requested that upon receipt of this correspondence you inventory

the contents and return Enclosure #2 to the Power Authority's Director of Security and Safety, Mr. Phillip J.
