Dear Mr. Reid:
In conjunction with our submittal of Revision 1 to the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan forwarded on November 3, 1977, attached are five (5) copies of Revision 2 to the Interim Plan previously submitted.
This Revision reflects the additional detail requested by the Nuclear Reactor Regulations Branch at a meeting held in Bethesda, s
Maryland, on December 8, 1977.
As discussed at that meeting this Revision provides further details of the concepts which were contained in the original submission.
This submittal is forwarded under separate cover and is identified as proprietary information pursuant to Parts' 2.790 (d) and 9. 5 (a) (4), Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
It is requested that upon receipt of this correspondence you inventory the contents and return Enclosure #2 to the Power Authority's Director of Security and Safety, Mr.
