The following information is submitted in response to your Generic Letter 81-01 of May 4, 1981.
Item:
Commitments to meet regulatory positions C-5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of Regulatory Guide 1.58, Revision 1, and Regulatory Guide 1.146 and your planned date for doing so.
Response
As requested in the subject Generic Letter 81-01, BECo's Quality Assurance Department will initiate a Quality Assurance Manual Change Request to commit to Regulatory Guide 1.58, Revision 1, and Regulatory Guide 1.146.
BEco plans to have this change approved and in place by September 1,1981.
