VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF TWO INTERVENING PARTIES On April 9, 1981, the Administr ative Law Judges of the Atomic Saf ety & Licensing Board issued an order which granted the Petition for Leave to Intcrvene filed on behalf of Harold A. Steindam and Jenny Steindam.
The undersigned counsel has been notified by Harold A. Steindam and Jenny Steindam that they no longer wish to be a party to this proceeeing.
Therefore, we wish to notify the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board that Harold A. Steindam and Jenny Steindam no longer wish to be a party to this proceeding and we request that they be dismissed as parties to this proceeding without prejudice to any of the other parties.
