CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-78-239 Your final report for this expired contract has been received, as well as your final voucher and certified Appendix C Statement of Costs.
Our reconcilation of your Appendix C Statement shows the indirect cost 0 68% S&W On Campus, 26,999.22 x 68% to equal $18,359.47 in lieu of
$18,359._45 shown on your Appendix C.
Therefore, the chiiulative support cost for this expired contract, from April 1,1978 through August 31, 1980, totals $59,793.01. The support ceiling under Article III(a) is $59,900.00.
The amount of free support is $106.99. In order that our books will be in agreement, the free support balance of $106.99 must be deobligated.
If you agree with these fi.gures, including the deobligation amount, please sign in the space provided below and return two signed copies of this letter to me.
Before we can proceed further in the close out of this contract, certain additional requirements must be met. Pursuant to the Patents article in the General Provisions of your contract, please submit a written report to this office of any invention which may have resulted during the performance of this contract. If there are no patents involved, please so inform me in writing. In addition, the enclosed Property Certification form must be completed and returned to me.
