The AFV nunps take suction fren Condensate Storare Tank (CST) 12, which is housed in a tornado and nissile nroof structure. The runns can be lined un to either Co. 11 CGT or !!c. 21 CST, but these tanks are not classified as cafety related, and they are not included in any reliability analysis on the systen.

The outlet valve for CST 12', 0-AFV-166, vill have its v21ve internals renoved. This will prevent the valve from being shut.
l The individual unit isolatien 79.1ves fren CST 12,1-AFW-161 and 2-AW-161, vill have normally open bynasses 1-AFV-l~o and 2-A?1-177 installed L
around then. This vill nrevent a valve failure fron blockine flov ir the suction line.
Position indication vill be trovidad in the control room for 1-APT-1<1 and 0-A**d-161.
