Dear Mr. Reid:
In the above-referenced letter, you indicated the need for additional revisions to our Rancho Seco Guard Training Plan in order for the plan to be approved.
The District agrees to make the requested additional comitments as out-lined in the enclosure to your November 5, 1980, letter.
The comitments will be transmitted to you in the form of revised pages to our Guard Training Plan on December 15, 1980.
If additional clarifications are required, please contact Robert C. Moore, Supervising Special Agent, Security Division.
