PROPOSED EXPORT OF BYPRODUCT MATERIAL TO WEST GERMANY (XB001114)
Isotope Products requested expeditious processing of this license request for the export of 25 micrograms of Curium-244 to West Germany as the material is ready for imediate shipment.
The staff has concluded that the proposed export would not be inimical to the comon defense and security of the United States.
In order to comply with the applicant's request, this application was licensd without the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued.
