In response to your October 22, 1980 request, and as authorized by G. K. Hovey, GPUSC, I have attached two copies of preliminary radiological data developed during the re-entries into the TMI-2 Reactor Containment on July 23 and August 15, 1980.

Additionally, I have attached a copy of the radiation survey data acquired during the October 16, 1980 re-entry.

These sketches are in very preliminary form and shcald be utilized accordingly.

If additional information is required to assist in your update of the radiological information in the PEIS, please advise.
